Dorell Sports latest sports investment is Dorell Climbing Centre and will be located at Dubai World Trade Centre Club on the Sheikh Zayed road. We open our doors to the highest outdoor climbing wall in the Middle East this December 2008. The total market value almost reaching 1 million dirham confirms it will be a great sports climbing venue in Dubai. Everybody can enjoy climbing or just relax at our Vertigo Climb restaurant & café by the pool, even have a swim to cool off.

The climbing centre will have climbing programs for children & adults, affordable memberships, corporate team building events, charity events and programs for the special needs children in Dubai. Where tourist can walk in and enjoy climbing for the day where we have a selection of equipment ready to use. We trained the first UAE-national to become a climbing assistant. He will welcome UAE nationals and is a great asset to promote climbing under the UAE-national youth.

The wall is complete with a huge speed wall, extreme overhangs, lead climbing routes, kids wall etc. We designed it like 3 separate walls coming together in a huge cave. It will be manufactured under European Specifications in The Netherlands by Vertigo Climbing structures.

Dorell Sports first sports investment was in a free standing, 4-side outdoor climbing tower last year Nov’07 to promote more climbing in the UAE. Here we operate on a daily basis and is open to the public as well. Please check for more information here.

We offer trade & installation of our vertigo climbing structures for Middle East countries only. Choices of ‘sports climbing’ wood panels or ‘decorating’ GRP panels are possible and can be made in any size. We offer very affordable prices and cater for any budget. It is a great addition to a school sports facility and introduces climbing into the PE curriculum. All structures are designed and manufactured with great care under European specifications and are checked & certified by 3rd party as well to secure 100% safety.

	This is a great introduction to the sport of climbing, which allows children to get off the ground, while calming nerves. Instructors build confidence through the use of climbing games and encouragement. Parents are welcomed to participate with their children or to simply drop them off.

Expeditions into the beautiful mountains of Chamonix where we climb multi pitches and the Mont Blanc. The other Expedition we run is a ski & snowboard tour into the snow slopes of the French Alps where students stay in charming chalets of Saint Foy. This is an excellent and private resort in a French Alpine village, close to Val d'isere. Located on a piste, it is exceptionally scenic and very safe.
